Residential HVAC Installation
New HVAC installation for single-family, two-flat, three-flat, and larger multi-family residential properties throughout Chicago. Forced air systems, ductless mini-split systems, and boiler/radiant heat systems. Fully permitted and inspected. Coordinated with all other trades on multi-scope projects.
HVAC System Replacement
Full system replacement for aging, failed, or code-deficient HVAC equipment. (XRB) handles equipment selection, removal and disposal of existing systems, installation of new equipment, permit application, and final inspection. Single point of responsibility from start to close-out.

HVAC design and installation integrated into full gut rehab and renovation projects. Coordinated with framing, insulation, electrical, and plumbing trades under a single GC contract. HVAC replacement and repair for fire, water, and storm damage insurance claims. (XRB) documents damage, coordinates directly with adjusters and carriers, and executes permitted HVAC repairs as part of the full insurance repair scope. Our in-house permit expediting authority means HVAC permits are filed without delay.

HVAC Permit Application Filed In-House
City of Chicago HVAC permit application submitted by (XRB) in-house. As a Licensed Permit Expediter, we handle plan review and permit issuance without third-party involvement.
Demolition & Removal of Existing Equipment
Removal and proper disposal of existing HVAC equipment where applicable. Site prepared for new installation.
Licensed HVAC Installation
Installation by licensed HVAC technicians under (XRB)'s GC license. Work coordinated with all other active trades on multi-scope projects.
City of Chicago HVAC Inspection
City of Chicago HVAC inspection scheduled and passed. (XRB) coordinates the inspection directly — no action required from the property owner.
Permit Close-Out & Documentation Delivered
